ByoFresh Joins Byotrol plc

ByoFresh was founded on the friendship between Stephen Falder, the inventor of Byotrol, and Paul Foden, who had a pet business. The two have worked closely together since 2005 and have seen both their respective businesses grow steadily over that time.

In 2009 they began a discussion about joining forces, mostly so that Paul could get better access to Byotrol plc's technical resources in Daresbury and at the beginning of 2010 the deal was formally consummated and ByoFresh has become the Pet & Vet Division of Byotrol Technology. Paul has moved his offices out of his home in Knutsford and now endures the nose-to-tail commute in to Manchester , although apparently this is much better if you leave before dawn! (January 2010)

Forthcoming Events

PATS Show logoPATS March/April 2011 http://www.patshow.co.uk/

We exhibited at both PATS shows last year and loved the organisation and the informality of a smaller regional show. We would be doing it again this year, if we weren't going to Interzoo because many of our trade customers will be going there. We will be back in 2011.

Interzoo LogoInterzoo 13th - 16th May in Nuremberg http://www.interzoo.com/en/

Interzoo is the greatest trade pet show in the world. Laid out over 10 Halls, the show offers an unrivalled access to the latest pet products from around the world. We are joining our associates from the UK on the British Pavilion in Hall 9. Our stand is 9-426.

We are launching a host of new products at the show, so there will be plenty to see and discuss.

Another trade show and one that we haven't yet decided if we are going to attend. It was much reduced in 2009 and we are not sure that visitor numbers will be sustained in 2010.

Discover Dogs LogoDiscover Dogs 20th - 21st November at Earls Court, London http://www.discoverdogs.org.uk

Discover Dogs is London 's Crufts for all those folk who who aren't quite sure where Birmingham is! Actually it's a really nice show, a lot less crowded and easier to get around and it still has my favourite part, which is the Discover Dogs bit where there are examples of every conceivable breed who you can pat and their patient owners who will answer all your questions.

They haven't allocated stand numbers yet or even up-dated last year's website, so we can't say any more than that we will be there again in 2010.
